REQUIREMENTS FOR ARTICLES
Languages: Ukrainian, English.
1. A4 format; book orientation, materials are saved and prepared in Microsoft Word format (*.doc or *.docx). Margins on all sides - 20 mm; font – 14, main font – Times New Roman for text fragments; interval between lines - 1.5; alignment of the text - by width; automatic placement of transfers - enabled; paragraph indentation – 1.25 cm; page numbering is not carried out.
2. Figures and tables must be submitted in the article immediately after the text, where they are mentioned for the first time, or on the next page. The font size of the table text is usually 2 points smaller than the main font. The number of tables, formulas and illustrations should be minimal and appropriate. Drawings and tables on landscape pages are not accepted.
3. A non-breaking space (Ctrl+Shift+space) must be placed: between initials and surname (S. Rusova); after geographical abbreviations (Kyiv); between number (No.) and paragraph signs and the numbers that refer to them; in references to the literature [14]; within such abbreviations: etc., etc., etc.; between intra-text items and the information that follows them, between numbers and units of measurement (20 kg), as well as dates (XX century, 2002).
4. References to the literature are provided in the text only in square brackets, for example: [1], bibliographic list at the end of the text. Footnotes and references are not allowed.
5. The bibliographic description of the list of used sources is drawn up taking into account the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 8302:2015 "Information and documentation" developed in 2015. Bibliographic reference. General provisions and rules of drafting" (DSTU 8302:2015).
6. References. Formatted in accordance with the APA (APA Style Reference Citations) standard. Author (translit), article title (translit), article title (English translation in square brackets), source name (translit), source data (city with English designation), publisher (translit).

7. Transliteration of names and surnames from the Ukrainian language is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On streamlining the transliteration of the Ukrainian alphabet into Latin" dated January 27, 2010 No. 55 (http://ukrlit.org/transliteratsiia).
8. The abstract in English must be written in accordance with international requirements for scientific publications and have: a volume of 1800-2000 characters; informativeness (do not contain general words); originality (not to be a copy of the annotation in Ukrainian); content (display the main content of the article and research results), structuredness (presence of mandatory elements: purpose, methodology, results, scientific novelty, practical significance, keywords).
9. The length of the article is 10–25 pages.
The authors of the publication are responsible for the authenticity of facts, quotes, proper names, geographical names and other information.
Authors of submitted scientific articles are responsible for maintaining academic integrity during educational and scientific activities.
According to Article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "On Education" (September 5, 2017 No. 2145-VIII), academic integrity is defined as a set of ethical principles and rules defined by law, which should be guided by the participants of the educational process during training, teaching and carrying out scientific (creative) activities with the aim of ensuring trust in learning results and/or scientific (creative) achievements.
Observance of academic integrity by pedagogical, scientific-pedagogical and scientific workers involves:
- references to sources of information in the case of using ideas, developments, statements, information;
- compliance with the legislation on copyright and related rights;
- provision of reliable information about research methods and results, sources of used information and own pedagogical (scientific-pedagogical, creative) activities, etc.
Violation of academic integrity is considered:
- academic plagiarism – publicizing (partially or completely) scientific (creative) results obtained by other persons as the results of one's own research (creativity) and/or reproduction of published texts (publicized works of art) of other authors without indicating authorship;
- self-plagiarism – publicizing (partially or completely) one's own previously published scientific results as new scientific results;
- fabrication – fabrication of data or facts used in the educational process or scientific research;
- falsification – a deliberate change or modification of already existing relevant data educational process or scientific research;
- deception – provision of knowingly false information regarding one's own educational (scientific, creative) activity or organization of the educational process; forms of cheating are, in particular, academic plagiarism, self-plagiarism, fabrication, falsification and plagiarism, etc.
Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements are not registered or considered for publication by the editors.
TERMSOFPAYMENT
The editorial fee is UAH 60 per page. Articles from 10 to 25 pages are accepted for publication. The editorial fee covers the costs associated with editing articles, layout and printing of the magazine. The journal is mailed to authors at the Nova Poshta post office specified by them at the author's expense.
The editorial board of the scientific bulletin carries out an internal anonymous review and checks them for plagiarism. If the verification is successful, the details for payment of the publication fee are sent to the authors. Otherwise, the article is returned for revision.

If the article is successfully reviewed, a scanned electronic copy of the proof of payment of the editorial fee must be sent.
Without prior payment, the article is not allowed to be printed.
